ToolsPurse provides free, browser-based utility tools, including image resizing and conversion, PDF tools, QR code generators and a photo calendar maker, along with informational guides. All tools process your files locally in your browser; no account is required.
2. Free use, no guarantees
The tools and content are provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tool’s output will meet the requirements of any specific portal, organisation or purpose. Form requirements are set by the respective portals and can change at any time; you are responsible for verifying the current requirements on the official portal before submitting any application.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website to create, process or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, fraudulent or harmful — including forged documents, misleading QR codes, or QR codes pointing to malicious destinations. Because your files are processed entirely on your own device and never transmitted to us, you retain full ownership and full responsibility for them. We claim no rights over anything you process with our tools, and equally we accept no responsibility for the content of files you choose to process.

The website’s design, text, branding and code are the property of ToolsPurse and may not be copied, republished or redistributed without permission. You may freely use the files you create with our tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial.
6. Advertising
The website displays third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or for the products and services they promote.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolsPurse and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its tools — including, without limitation, rejected applications, missed deadlines, payment errors arising from QR codes, or loss of data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website is to stop using it.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
